Responsibilities:
• Work 1:1 with children under the direct supervision of a BCBA
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs that help increase the child's communication, adaptive, social, cognitive and play skills
• Relay info on client progress to BCBAs to keep them informed
• Accurately record client data using electronic data collection systems
• Write and submit clinical notes summarizing client sessions
• Toilet training and diaper changing as required
• Build positive relationships with families
• Create a positive work culture at MBS
• Maintain client confidentiality, ethics and professionalism at all times
• Caring, compassionate and empathetic demeanor
• Exudes a positive and uplifting energy
• Communicates effectively with clients, parents, BCBAs and others
• Flexibility and willingness to grow and learn

Requirements:
• RBT certification (MBS will provide the training and pay for the certification/testing)
• Available M-F from 7:45 AM - 5:15 PM
• Reliable transportation and willingness to provide in-home therapy as needed
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Be able to move freely and quickly, lift up to 25 pounds, and get up and down from the ground often
• Basic computer knowledge
• Complete onboarding and training at MBS

Note: Training will be provided for candidates who meet the requirements but do not have previous experience as a Behavior Technician.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
