Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join one of clients in the area. The BCBA will oversee client treatment plans, supervise clinical staff, and work closely with families to ensure positive outcomes through evidence-based ABA services.

Responsibilities
• Conduct behavioral assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
• Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Analyze client data and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and clinical staff
• Provide guardian and caregiver training
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Ensure compliance with BACB standards and ethical guidelines

Qualifications
• Active BCBA certification
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
