Key Responsibilities
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIP's).
• Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support for RBT's, BTs, and clinical staff.
• Collect, analyze, and review client data to guide decision-making
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistency across home and other environments.
• Ensure services align with BACB ethical guidelines and insurance requirements.
• Participate in team meetings, clinical reviews, and professional development.

Pay Range and Benefits
• Salary $80,000 - $85,000 annually
• Health Insurance & Stipend:
• Option to select a group health insurance package through Learning Path.
• $750 monthly healthcare stipend, paid directly to eligible full-time BCBAs, beginning after 90 days of continuous employment.
• Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid major holidays.
• Ongoing professional development and CEU support.
