Responsibilities

Therapists have the flexibility to work fully remotely.
Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health status and needs
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clients' goals and needs
Provide individual therapy to adult clients using evidence-based and solution-focused approaches
Utilize teletherapy to deliver virtual therapy sessions to clients
Offer crisis intervention services as required
Engage in ongoing professional development activities to stay up-to-date with mental health best practices and industry standards.

Requirements
Qualifications:

Valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD)
Possess a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Exhibit strong organizational and time-management abilities
