Job Description
entation in clinical section of each client chart and QA for deficiencies.
• Attends and participates in clinical team meetings.
• Completes clinical assessment and treatment plan for assigned clients.
• Facilitates comprehensive evaluation and diagnostic summary for assigned clients.
• Facilitates multi-disciplinary treatment planning and updates for assigned clients (ensures inclusion of all treatment modalities/disciplines).
• Individual sessions for all assigned clients (at least weekly).
• Group counseling, education, and meetings per program schedule.
• Family/conjoint therapy as specified in individual client’s treatment plans.
• Coordination of all treatment services needed for assigned client case load.
• Provides daily clinical progress note in Client Chart.
• Participates in Quality Improvement task groups (as assigned).
• Facilitates ancillary services/community referrals for assigned clients (including coordination of transportation with Residential Supervisor).
• Participates in in-service training, individual/group supervision meetings, and counselor/ staff interface meetings.
OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinical Director and Program Director.
• Represent Program positively in all scenarios perceived as marketing opportunities.
• Routinely attend meetings and/or events where clients are present to observe staff conduct.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is primarily sedentary in nature and no special demands are required.

o No one with a suspended license
o If in recovery, must have a minimum of two years of sobriety
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
o Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology or Social Worko 2+ years experience in the field of alcohol and/or other drug services.o Computer competence (Microsoft Word, Excel).
REQUIRED
o 2+ years experience in the field of alcohol and/or other drug services.o Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology or Social Worko Active MFT or equivalent license or counselor certification.o Computer competence (Microsoft Word, Excel).o Understanding of the 12 Steps.o 2 years sobriety if personally represented as “recovering”.
PREFERRED
o Understanding of the 12 Steps.o Compassionate communication skills.o 2 years sobriety if personally represented as “recovering”.
REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology or Social Work
REQUIRED AGE-SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES
o Must demonstrate ability to provide and/or facilitate the providing of appropriate care based on client individual needs, including the age demographics of Clear Recovery Center.

Responsibilities
- •The program therapist interfaces on an individual and group basis with clients and the milieu
- •The program therapist is responsible for the creating of treatment and discharge plans for each client assigned to his or her caseload
