Job Description

al Analysis (ABA) services. Our primary mission is to enable individuals on the Autism Spectrum to lead healthy and independent lives.
Our qualified and professional team of BCBAs and RBTs use their years of expertise and knowledge to develop comprehensive ABA behavior treatment plans to improve the social, communication, adaptive living, and behavioral aspects of each individual client. Additionally, we strive to change as many lives as possible and therefore have no limits on age, location, income, level of disability, or anything else.
As an employee of Connect n Care, you will feel as valued and supported as our clients. As a BCBA at Connect n Care, you will:

Customize treatment plans to address the child's deficits based on assessment results
Work effectively with parents and conduct family training sessions to guide parents on continuing implementation
Organize, review, and maintain data collection for ABA programs
Supervise ongoing ABA programs, assess their performance, and adjust as appropriate
Language acquisition
Functional communication training
Social skills training
Community safety skills
Toilet training
Executive function training

Current certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
At least 1 year of home-based ABA experience is highly preferred
Experience supervising BCBA candidates and RBTs
Competitive compensation with hourly or salaried options
Annual bonus potential of up to $12,000
