Job Description
Job Summary
Liberty Behavioral Consulting is a BCBA-owned, in-home ABA company serving the San Antonio and Austin area. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. This would be part-time (less then 20 billables per week) with ability to grow if desired. Opprotunity to grow into W-2 position as well.
In this role, you will design, implement, and oversee individualized behavioral intervention plans for children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. You will use evidence-based ABA practices to drive meaningful progress while maintaining a compassionate, family-centered approach to care.

Position Details
• In-home services with community-based sessions and outing
• We can also provide a mix of telehealth clients
• No clinic setting – all services occur in the client’s natural environment
• Flexible scheduling options to support work-life balance. You make your own schedule to meet service requirements.
• Flexible service radius based on your preferred driving distance
• Opportunity to shape your caseload and service model
Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine behavioral needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Design, implement, and supervise behavior intervention programs grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles.
• Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and maximize client success.
• Provide training and ongoing support to behavior technicians and staff on behavioral therapy techniques and medical documentation standards.
• Maintain accurate medical records, patient assessments, intake documentation, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in patient care activities including intake procedures, behavioral health evaluations, and treatment planning sessions.
Professional Development & Growth
• Training and mentorship in Relational Frame Theory (RFT) through PEAK and ACT-informed approaches
• PEAK and AIM certifications supported up to Level 2
• Ongoing mentorship in advanced clinical programming

• Extensive knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
• Proven experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong data collection skills to track behavioral progress accurately over time.
• Ability to perform patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and develop effective treatment strategies.
• Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards.
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals.
