As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will be responsible for implementing individualized support plans under the guidance and supervision of the Behavior Analyst. The RBT will implement behavior plan strategies, teach skill acquisition, and assist with individualized goals and objectives in home, community, and clinic-based settings as indicated by the needs of the individuals we support.
Responsibilities
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in the home, school, clinic, or community
• Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies designed and trained by BCBA's
• Communicate with families & clinical teams to ensure client success
• Attend scheduled supervisions, team meetings & ongoing training
• Maintain organized and accurate session notes and documentation
Qualifications
• High School Diploma required; AA/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Reliable car, proof of auto insurance and valid driver's license required.
• Clean criminal background check.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• RBT Certification preferred
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized
