Location: Ainsworth, Iowa

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team and make a difference in the lives of children and families.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Job Responsibilities
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home, school, and community settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Use positive reinforcement techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Collect and record data on client progress using our electronic system
• Work closely with parents, caregivers, and supervisors to ensure consistent therapy and progress
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Qualifications & Requirements
• Active RBT Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus!)
• Experience working with children, preferably with autism or developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow BCBA guidance
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Ainsworthand surrounding areas
• Must pass a background check and complete required Medicaid compliance training (if applicable)
