Role Description

This is a full-time (hybrid), salaried position for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavioral assessments, designing and overseeing individualized intervention plans, and guiding the implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies. Additional responsibilities include providing parent education, ongoing training to staff, and monitoring progress to ensure effective treatment plans are in place. The role requires collaboration with families, caregivers, and team members to optimize client outcomes.

Qualifications
• Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management
• Knowledge of Psychology and its application in behavioral therapy
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Current BCBA certification and relevant licensure
• Experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Experience with remote service delivery is a plus
• NC LBA
