Job Description
yst (BCBA) to join the team on a full-time contract with strong potential for temp-to-perm or direct placement opportunity. This role offers a structured daytime schedule, mileage reimbursement, and the ability to occasionally work remotely or from the main office for documentation purposes.
Position Overview
As the BCBA, you will oversee behavioral programming for adults (22+) with developmental disabilities and moderate to severe behavioral needs. Most hands-on work is performed by ABA Technicians—your focus will be supervision, assessments, documentation, and staff training across approximately 20 group homes. This position is ideal for a clinically strong BCBA who values meaningful work in a supportive interdisciplinary environment.
Location: Lawrence/Methuen ? Amesbury, MA (20 group homes)
Start Date: April 13th, 2026
Contract Length: 13 weeks (must be open to temp-to-perm)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
? Flexible options available: 7a–3p or 9a–5p
Hours: Full time, 40 hrs/week
Mileage: Reimbursed at $0.725/mile
Remote Flex: Optional remote/office days for documentation catch-up
Holidays: 12 recognized holidays (perm side)
A supportive orientation will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into the residential setting.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct behavioral assessments, functional evaluations, and treatment planning
• Provide ongoing supervision and oversight to ABA Technicians
• Review, update, and maintain all required documentation
• Train group home staff in behavior intervention strategies
• Oversee data collection, monitor program fidelity, and adjust care plans
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams within the organization
• Travel to multiple homes throughout Lawrence, Methuen, and Amesbury
• Ensure compliance with state, agency, and regulatory standards
• Perform additional clinical duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Active BCBA certification
• Experience with developmental disabilities; adult residential experience strongly preferred
• Strong skills in behavioral assessment, staff supervision, and documentation
• Valid driver’s license and comfort traveling between sites
• Must be open to temp-to-perm or permanent placement
