Position Overview

As an RBT at STEPS, you'll provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll implement treatment plans, collect data, and play a key role in helping clients make measurable progress toward their behavioral and developmental goals.
What You'll Do
• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and/or clinic settings
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collect and document accurate session data
• Support skill development across communication, social, and adaptive domains
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Provide ethical, compassionate, and professional care

Requirements
• Active RBT certification through the BACB
• Maryland RBT licensure (required)
• Prior experience in ABA, Autism Spectrum Disorder, or developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work across assigned service locations
• Strong communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail
