Location and Work Setting
Orange, California (Flower St, 92868) – Center-Based ABA
Schedule
Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM availability required
Compensation & Benefits

Responsibilities
• Deliver 1:1 therapy sessions using Applied Behavior Analysis principles
• Track progress by collecting data on every goal each day
• Create and teach real‑world, meaningful skills that last a lifetime
• Collaborate with Program Supervisors and BCBAs for support and growth
• Continuously learn and develop professional skills
Qualifications
• At least 18 years old (required)
• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Full‑time availability from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday (required)
• Own reliable transportation
• Reliable, communicative, eager to learn, and positive attitude
• Experience in childcare, tutoring, or therapy is a plus
