BCBA Responsibilities

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Aviation ABA in Davis County, you will:

Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and ongoing progress reports
Develop and implement individualized ABA treatment and behavior intervention plans
Manage a caseload while delivering high-quality, hands-on clinical services
Provide direct supervision, training, and ongoing support to RBTs and BTs
Lead parent training and caregiver education using evidence-based practices
Conduct functional behavior assessments and data-driven program evaluations
Ensure compliance with Utah regulations, ethical standards, and company policies
Complete treatment plan reviews, documentation audits, and clinical quality checks

Qualifications

Certification: Active BCBA certification and Utah LBA (or eligibility to obtain)
Education: Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field
Preferred: Safety-Care Specialist certification (or willingness to obtain)
Experience: Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
Flexibility: Willingness to provide occasional in-home support as needed
Transportation: Reliable vehicle for local travel within Davis County
