lity of life. We are seeking an analyst who can take on a combination of clients in north miami and south Miami.

Tasks and Duties
• Ensure that ABA therapy services are implemented in accordance with best clinical practices and the BACB Ethical Guidelines.
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify a child's strengths, weaknesses, and needs.
• Develop individualized behavioral treatment plans based on the assessment results.
• Supervise and train RBTs in the implementation of treatment plans.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and observations.
• Collect data on client progress and report back to the parents and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to ensure that the child is receiving consistent support.
• Stay up to date on the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy.
• Conduct peer reviews with medical professionals and insurance companies, as needed.
• All Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) employed at Peak Therapy Center are required to undergo a Level 2 background check and fingerprinting through the Volunteer and Employee Criminal History System (VECHS).

Pay: From $70.00 per hour

    Responsibilities
