 in treating couples and families. Candidate would join Hope Rebuilt, LLC, a thriving outpatient counseling practice in Tempe, Arizona that provides comprehensive treatment for adults, adolescents, children, families and couples. We provide all the benefits of being in a private practice environment while having the team support, professional development, bi-weekly team meetings and clients to fill your desired case load.

Our practice is contracted with several major health insurance companies and hold value to providing affordable counseling services for the community. We provide credentialing assistance for independently licensed providers as well as options for private pay rates.

Job Details:
• 1099 Contract Employment
• You chose your own case load of clients that are in your specialized scope of practice- options for 10-25 direct client hours per week
• Complete Intake Assessments, Ongoing Counseling Sessions, Treatment Plans and Discharge Summaries for clients in your case load
• Completion of notes and other required documentation within 24 hours of completion of session in EHR (Simple Practice)
• Possess working knowledge of DSM-V-TR criteria, community resources, assessment and crisis intervention
• Uphold ethical and legal standards for care
• Ability to offer Telehealth services to clients
• Participates in at minimum 1x a month team meeting

Requirements:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with AZBBHE
• Good standing with Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners
• Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, correlated field
• Previous experience in working in outpatient counseling setting/private practice
• Training and specalization in working with Families, Couples and Systems approaches
• Trauma Informed and holds training or certification in trauma modalities
• Must provide own liability insurance
• Current CPR & First Aid Certifications
• Equipment: Must have a smartphone, computer with web-cam and be comfortable with technology

Compensation & Benefits:

This is an independent contracted (1099) position with growth potential and increased revenue as your caseload grows.
