Job Description
s to work with children on the autism spectrum in their homes during afternoon and evening hours.
As an RBT/BT at BehaviorCare Therapy, you’ll be working directly in the homes of families, providing 1-on-1 support to children with autism or developmental delays. Your job is to help them build daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence — all through play-based ABA therapy designed by a licensed BCBA.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your patience, energy, and creativity can make a lasting difference. Every child is unique, and you’ll get the training and support to meet them where they’re at.Key Responsibilities:
• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions in-home
• Collect data and implement individualized treatment plans
• Coordinate with other team members to ensure program consistency
• Communicate progress with parents and guardians
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of experience in ABA or a related field (e.g., teaching, nannying, counseling, childcare)
• ABA experience a plus!
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is a plus, but not required
• Reliable transportation
• Availability in afternoons and early evenings (weekends are a plus)
