Pay Rate: $70/hr

Responsibilities:
• Perform evaluations to identify the functions and patterns of challenging behaviors.
• Create comprehensive, structured behavior intervention programs tailored to individual needs.
• Deliver initial and continuous training for caregivers and staff to ensure proper implementation of behavior strategies.
• Oversee RBTs and behavioral support staff as they carry out intervention procedures.
• Review progress, analyze data, and revise intervention plans as needed to ensure effectiveness.

Requirements/ Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, Social Work, Public Health, Counseling, or a related discipline.
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential is required.
• NADD certification or eligibility to obtain NADD credentialing is preferred.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• At least one year of supervised experience involving behavioral assessments and the creation of behavior support or intervention plans.
• Demonstrated experience in Positive Behavior Support (PBS) and/or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Strong understanding of behavior functions and proficiency in conducting Functional Behavior Analyses to inform program goals and interventions.
• Proven background in Positive Behavior Support (PBS) and/or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Demonstrate superior knowledge of the function of behaviors and the use of Functional Behavior Analysis for the development of program goals and intervention plans

• College of Direct Support - Online classes for DDD Certifications
