• Analyze data and develop recommendations for program growth and improvement
• Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure high-quality care and support

Requirements:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field (or in progress)
• Minimum 0 years of experience working with individuals with ASD in an ABA setting
• APCA certification (BCBA or BCaBA) or willingness to obtain within 1 year of hire
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
