Ready Set Connect is seeking dedicated individuals to join us as an ABA Therapist . In this role, you will provide one-to-one assistance to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) within a vibrant and supportive group environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement personalized behavior plans and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques.
• Support children in reaching their full potential across various settings: school, home, and community.
• Participate in activities such as conducting circle time, centers, discrete trial training, structured play with peers, group motor activities, and crafts that directly support each child’s developmental progress.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear background check.
• Minimum of 1 year of childcare experience.
• Previous experience with autism is advantageous but not required.

Physical Requirements:
• Ensure student safety, including implementing Safety Care procedures as necessary.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and intervening physically if needed.
• Comfortable sitting on the floor for extended periods and able to quickly respond to children’s needs, including running short distances.

Working Hours:

Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (Flexible working hours 7:45am-5:15pm, plus one Saturday per month)
