Position Summary
Orange Branch Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This role includes assessment, treatment planning, supervision, and optional direct service delivery within a flexible, hybrid model.
Full-time BCBAs are expected to maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours per week. Planning, documentation, and other required non-billable clinical work are paid based on billable hours worked.
Job Responsibilities
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans
• Supervise and support RBTs through training, feedback, and clinical guidance
• Provide direct ABA services when clinically appropriate
• Review data and make timely, evidence-based treatment decisions
• Collaborate with caregivers, schools, and interdisciplinary providers
• Complete documentation in compliance with ethical and insurance standards
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
Compensation
• Competitive hourly pay for all billable services
• Paid planning, documentation, and administrative time tied to billable hours worked
• Performance-based incentives may be available
Qualifications
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental differences
• Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to balance supervision and direct service responsibilities
• Reliable transportation for in-home and community-based services
