liCollect all required data throughout the client?s session utilizing data collection software and communicate with the Supervising BCBA if there are issues that require their attention./li
liReview and implement consultation/supervision note recommendations./li
liMentor new BTs and RBTs by assisting in the onboarding and training as directed by the Clinical Director./li
liCommunicate appropriately and effectively with colleagues and families as needed./li
liFollow all policies and procedures, including but not limited to, confidentially and mandated reporting standards as set by the Advance ABA Care team./li
liAbility to work in-home position with possible opportunity for some clinic work, which is located around 20 miles out./li
liObtaining/Maintaining Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification within 180?days of hire./li
