The Transitional Coach Program supports students during the most critical turning points in their education. We ensure children have the academic, emotional, and social tools to thrive. As a Transitional Coach, you’ll be more than a counselor—you’ll be a trusted guide and advocate for students navigating life-changing school transitions.

What You’ll Do
• Provide individual and group counseling to support students’ mental health and emotional well-being.
• Collaborate with school staff, teachers, and administrators to create coordinated care plans.
• Conduct student performance check-ins and participate in school-led behavioral conferences.
• Offer guidance that helps students navigate both academic and personal challenges during key transition periods.
What We’re Looking For
• Education: Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health, Marital Counseling, Professional Counseling, or Psychology.
• Experience: Relevant work in counseling, therapy, or student support.
• Licensing: Active state license (if required in your location).
• Professionals who value autonomy and prefer to self-manage rather than report to a daily supervisor.
