Compensation:
$90,000-$115,000+ with potential bonuses!

Qualifications:
• Active BCBA certification with LABA if required by the state
• Master's degree in ABA or a related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education)
• Must achieve and maintain Safety Care Specialist status
• Reliable transportation
• Previous experience in ABA
• Comfortable engaging with families and providing in-home services

Key Responsibilities:

As a BCBA at Key Autism Services, you will conduct initial assessments, write progress reports, and create personalized treatment and behavior support plans. You will supervise and train outstanding BTs/RBTs to ensure adherence to treatment protocols while assisting families in managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors using ABA principles. Your role will also involve conducting functional assessments, monitoring program effectiveness, suggesting enhancements, and tracking progress.
