• Assist clients in daily living activities, promoting independence and skill development.
• Monitor and document client behavior and progress, maintaining accurate records.

• Provide support during therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

• Uphold confidentiality standards in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications
• Spanish speaking
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and behavioral health practices is advantageous.
• Familiarity with care plans and the principles of applied behavior analysis is essential.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to assist clients compassionately.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative independently.
• Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
