What You’ll Do
As a Behavior Technician, you will provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in our center, a clients in home, school, and or community settings. We support ages 2yrs old through adulthood!! Under the supervision of a BCBA, you will:
• Implement individualized behavior and skill-building programs
• Collect and record data during sessions
• Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
• Communicate effectively with caregivers and supervisors
• Follow behavior plans with consistency and professionalism
• Promote client safety, dignity, and independence

What We’re Looking For
Required:
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• Ability to pass background check and TB clearance
Preferred:
• Experience with children or individuals with disabilities
• ABA or Behavioral Health experience
• RBT certification
• Coursework in psychology, education, or a related field
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Skills for Success
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, punctual, and organized
• Puts Safety and Integrity 1st
• Ability to follow written treatment plans
• Familiar with Outlook, MS Teams, Tablets, and other common technology
• Comfortable implementing treatment plans regardless of who it's with
• Comfortable working with both children and adults
• Comfortable collecting and analyzing basic data (frequency, duration, etc.)
• Comfortable with changing diapers
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
• Sessions take place in homes, schools, and community settings
• Active role requiring sitting, standing, kneeling, and floor play
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
• Local travel required
Performance Expectations
• Maintain 95%+ data accuracy and timely submission
• Achieve 90%+ session attendance and punctuality
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision
• Support measurable client progress
