Position Overview:
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Turlock, CA. As a BCBA at Ascend, you will develop, implement, and oversee evidence-based behavior intervention plans for children and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support their development and success. This is a full-time, in-person role with competitive pay ranging from $80,000 to $95,000 per year, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Implement effective behavior management strategies.
• Monitor and analyze data to ensure the efficacy of treatment plans, making adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including speech therapists, occupational therapists, early interventionist/ infant development specialists, and educators, to ensure comprehensive care.
• Support a positive and inclusive learning environment for children and staff.
• Maintain compliance with ethical and professional standards as outlined by the BACB.

Qualifications:
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required).
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field (required).
• Experience in a similar role, working with children with developmental or behavioral challenges.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for working collaboratively to create positive outcomes for children and families.
