Job Description

red Behavior Technicians (RBTs). No prior ABA experience is required — paid training is provided.

As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children in a school setting under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll help students build communication, social, and daily living skills using positive, evidence-based strategies.

This position follows school hours and the school calendar, making it a great fit for recent graduates, parents, or those looking for work-life balance.

What You’ll Do
• Work directly with students to support behavior and learning goals
• Follow simple, individualized behavior plans created by a BCBA
• Track student progress through easy-to-learn data collection
• Provide encouragement, structure, and positive reinforcement
• Help students with daily routines and classroom activities when needed
• Maintain basic documentation (training provided)
• Work closely with teachers, BCBAs, and support staff

What We’re Looking For
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Valid Driver’s License required
• Enjoys working with children and being part of a team
• Reliable, patient, and willing to learn
• Able to follow instructions and accept feedback

Behavior Technician Requirements
• RBT Certification (or enrolled/planning to enroll and complete certification).
• Maintain reliable transportation, valid driver's license and insurance
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
