Job Description
ill full-time positions. We offer a great work environment and industry leading compensation. Applicants must be licensed (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) to practice in Texas, and have experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
The position is offered as either fully in person or hybrid, requiring at least 3 days a week in the Hutto office.
What you do:
• Meet with Clients: Conduct intake sessions, diagnosis, treatment planning, and risk assessment
• Maintain Records: Produce required client documentation and electronic records in a timely manner
• Provide Quality Care: Maintain a professional and consistent standard of care to all clients
What we provide:

• Case Review and Consultations: access to highly experienced counselors for consultation and collaboration
• Growth Opportunity: we provide a variety of clientele and clinical supervisory roles for those interested
• Modern Technology: you’ll have access to everything needed to effectively service clients from anywhere
• W2 employment: get paid twice a month without the need to manage taxes required with 1099 employment
• Other: Employees receive company issued laptops and are provided significant training/CEU opportunities
