This position is based in our 9,000-square-foot ABA facilityand requires consistent on-site leadership Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays as neededto support clients, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide clinical leadership and oversight for all ABA services within the center
• Conduct, review, and approve assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, FBAs, FAAs, etc.)
• Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized, data-driven treatment plans
• Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs, BCaBAs, and Behavior Technicians
• Lead clinical meetings, case reviews, and staff trainings
• Ensure appropriate staffing coverage during core operating days
• Address clinical escalations, parent concerns, and staff needs in real time
• Maintain compliance with BACB, Medicaid, insurance, and state regulations
• Ensure timely and accurate clinical documentation and data collection
• Collaborate with leadership on hiring, onboarding, and program growth

Qualifications
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing
• Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet schedule requirements, including 4 days in person
• Passion for ethical, compassionate, and family-centered care

• Required availability Monday through Friday
• Remote work available
• Minimal travel
