Job Description

ealth-Behavioral Health Associates serving adult, geriatric populations, child and adolescents. Duties may include psychosocial assessment; care coordination, consultation to the team, individual, family or group psychotherapeutic treatment; liaison with community agencies; treatment plan documentation; and disposition planning and advocacy. Requires excellent skills in interpersonal communication and documentation, as well as clinical knowledge of individual, family, social and Cultural issues in mental illness.
• Position is flexible hybrid with up to 40% remote*

LCSW Salary Range: $116,155.44 - $138,810.24 Annual

LMFT Salary Range: $64,800 - $137,600 Annual
