Job Description

high school diploma and an RBT certification (active or inactive) to be considered.

The work we do here is mainly with kids under the age of 15. We are locally owned and work as a collaborative team with RBT's, BCBA's and the families we provide services to! We provide clinic-based services Monday - Friday at our clinic in Jacksonville!

Responsibilities:
• Implement behavioral protocols as written by the BCBA
• Conduct functional communication training using vocal shaping, augmentative communication (PECS/etc.), ASL, etc.
• Record accurate maladaptive behavior data and new acquisition data
• Take initiative! Read behavior plans, learn your clients, and use every moment as a teaching opportunity
• Input data into Excel
• Collaborate with RBT's/BCBA's
• Write descriptive daily session notes.
• Attend weekly collaboration meetings with supervisor(s) and team of RBT's
