Fully Licensed Clinician Compensation:
• Starting salary: $95,000 - $105,000/year
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver mental health services through in-home visits, community-based settings, or teletherapy
• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and provide therapeutic counseling
• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans
• Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness, making adjustments to service plans as needed
• Collaborate with a dynamic clinical team to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in case staffing, meetings, and conferences as necessary
• Provide support for clients in managing behavioral health services
• Conduct intake assessments and offer therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
• Use evidence-based practices to facilitate both group and individual sessions
• Ensure compliance with facility and licensing standards
• Provide continuous care and support for clients
Qualifications:
• Fully licensed clinicians: LMFT, LCSW, CMHC
• Current, unrestricted professional license to practice in the State of Utah
• Previous experience in mental health therapy is preferred
• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certified
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
• Highly organized with strong time management abilities
