Position Overview
We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide direct behavioral support services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Applied Behavior Analyst. Services are delivered in community and residential settings.
This role is ideal for professionals who are reliable, compassionate, and committed to delivering high-quality, ethical behavioral services.
Responsibilities
• Implement individualized Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
• Collect and record objective behavioral data
• Implement skill acquisition programs
• Utilize positive reinforcement and function-based interventions
• Support functional communication training (FCT)
• Maintain professional communication with supervisors and team members
• Complete required documentation in a timely manner
• Participate in supervision and team meetings
Qualifications
• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
• High School Diploma (Bachelor’s preferred)
• 1+ year experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid NJ driver’s license
• Ability to pass background screening
