Behaviors R Us is a dedicated ABA therapy provider serving clients across middle Tennessee. We deliver personalized behavior therapy sessions in-home, in-community, and in-school, working with individuals aged 18 months to 20 years. We accept a wide range of insurance plans including United Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee, Medicaid, TennCare, and more. Through our tailored services, we strive to support our clients and their families in achieving meaningful outcomes.

Role Description

This is a part time/ full-time Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role that involves supporting individuals in implementing behavior intervention plans, assisting with the development of new skills, and collecting data to inform the clinical team. The Behavior Technician will work closely with clients and their families, applying principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to foster positive behavioral changes and skill development.

✨ Minimum Requirements

• Love working with children & teens

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Valid driver’s license

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Willing to complete a 40-hour online RBT course

(RBT certification preferred but not required — training opportunities)

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and community settings

• Follow individualized treatment plans created by our BCBAs
• Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions to monitor progress
• Provide regular verbal and written progress updates
• Participate in team meetings and training workshops
• Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work
• Arrive to cases on time and remain consistent with scheduled sessions
• Follow the policies and procedures of Behaviors R Us

💰 Pay: $20–$30 per hour
