Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist:

Provision of Speech Therapy and Feeding Therapy services to patients referred to the clinic including evaluation and assessment, design of treatment plans, implementation and supervision of treatment programs and educational services.
• Contractor or Part-Time position with flexibility on hours/days
• Flexibility to grow into a position providing both home and clinic based services
• Opportunity to grow into full-time position with additional benefits such a Medical, 401k, PTO, CEU funds, etc.

Responsibilities:
• Evaluation and Treatment of Children and Young adults referred for Speech Therapy intervention
• Prepare, implement and evaluate a quality plan of care with respect to the client and caregivers
• Provide highest levels of quality, evidence-based care to clients
• Communicate with all members of the client's medical team as necessary

Qualifications:
• Must be duly licensed under applicable state laws to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Graduated from an accredited Speech Language Pathologist curriculum
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) or CPR certification, in accordance state regulations
• AZ DPS Fingerprint Card
• Experience in a Pediatric Setting is preferred but not necessary

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $160.00 per hour

• Pediatrics: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
• CCC in Speech-Language Pathology (Preferred)
