Job Description

d Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

What You'll Do:
• Work directly with children with autism and developmental needs.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Support skill-building, positive behavior change, and independence.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and our clinical team to make a lasting impact.

• ABA or childcare experience a plus (not required — we provide training!)

Schedule: Part-time afternoon hours (ideal for after-school sessions) & PRN.
