Responsibilities
• Provide individual psychotherapy to adolescents and/or adults (depending on clinician’s specialty)
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with other providers in the practice when appropriate to support integrated patient care
• Develop and maintain a consistent caseload
• Uphold ethical and professional standards in clinical practice
Qualifications
• Licensed mental health professional in the state of [State] (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent)
• Experience providing psychotherapy in a clinical setting
• Interest in integrative, holistic, or whole-person approaches to mental health
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while participating in a collaborative care environment
