Provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, couples, and families.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on each client’s specific needs and goals.
Conduct regular assessments to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and provide comprehensive support to clients.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest advancements in mental health therapy.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the organization's mission of making mental health care more obtainable.
Proven expertise in family systems therapy and couples counseling.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Experience working with diverse populations and a variety of mental health conditions.
Proficient in clinical assessment tools and electronic health records.
Adaptive to using technology in a therapy setting.
Medical Insurance
Valid state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
Additional certifications in areas such as CBT, DBT, or EMDR are preferred.
