Job Description
s (RBTs), and Clinical Associates to provide behavioral and educational support to students with special needs in school settings.
Whether you are an experienced RBT or beginning your career in Applied Behavior Analysis, we provide paid training, strong BCBA mentorship, and ongoing professional development to help you succeed.
Position Responsibilities
• Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support to students in school settings
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision
• Support students in achieving academic, social, and behavioral goals
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and clinical supervisors
• Collect data and follow behavior protocols as directed
• Maintain professionalism and follow school and company policies
Education and Certification
• High School Diploma Required
• Associate’s Degree in Psychology, Education, Behavior Analysis, or a related field
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or a related field
• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred
Not Yet Certified?
We provide training and support to obtain your RBT certification for qualified candidates.
Knowledge and Experience
• Working with children or adolescents
• Experience in ABA, special education, or behavioral support
• School, clinic, or home-based support experience
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and behavioral intervention strategies, including but not limited to: Functions of Behavior, Positive Behavior Supports, Data Collection
• Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities and behavior disorders preferred
Skills and Competencies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently while following clinical guidance
• Ability to collaborate effectively within interdisciplinary teams
• Ability to build rapport with clients, families, and school personnel
• Reliable, punctual, and responsive to supervision and feedback
