Responsibilities Detailed:
• With the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), provide top-quality one-on-one therapy in home, school, and patient meetings
• Ability to implement treatment plans and behavior support plans
• Work in both indoor and outdoor settings as they relate to the patient’s natural environment, which may include being outdoors in a variety of weather changes

• Strong ability to accept constructive feedback positively with enhanced skill sets as the goal
• Effective time management skills managing multiple tasks at any given time
• Flexibility to manage ever-changing priorities, to meet the urgent requirements of the client/family
• Ability to support the development of behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans
• Amazing collaboration skills with treatment team (includes client, parents, caregivers, outside professionals, and all co-workers

Job Requirements:
• Current RBT certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Be 18 years of age or older and hold a High School Diploma or a General Education Development (GED)
• Experience implementing behavior support and treatment plans
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, and TB test
• Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time

FLEXIBLE HOURS: Part-time and Full-time

COMPENSATION RANGE: $22.00-$28.00/hour; depending on experience and education credentials
