Job Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Active RBT certification is a plus.
• Physical ability to lift 30 pounds and engage in active play with children.

Responsibilities

  • In this fulfilling role, you will provide dedicated one-on-one ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) both in their homes and at our centers, under the expert guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • You will play a key role in implementing behavior support plans, tracking progress, and helping children develop essential life skills
  • Work closely with the BCBA to implement behavior support plans and deliver one-on-one ABA therapy
  • Collect and analyze data on behavior and skill acquisition during therapy sessions
  • Conduct discrete trials and apply effective behavior support techniques
