Responsibilities
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision.
• Collect and record data on client behaviors to monitor progress and effectiveness of interventions.
• Assist clients in developing social skills and daily living skills through structured activities.
• Provide support to clients during therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records related to client care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment strategies.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members regarding progress and challenges.

Skills
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities, particularly those with developmental disabilities or autism.
• Strong understanding of behavioral health principles and practices.
• Proficient in research data collection methods for monitoring client progress.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and medical records management.
• Excellent patient care skills, demonstrating empathy and patience in all interactions.
• Ability to maintain accurate medical documentation while adhering to confidentiality standards.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and team members.

Level II Pay Range: $20-$25
