Job Description
About the position
The Clinic Admissions Associate (CAA) role at ABC is a dynamic position responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions of busy clinics. This role involves managing documents, tracking resources, and communicating with referral sources. The CAA will provide support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families, becoming a subject matter expert on autism to help others understand the services offered. Additionally, the position handles marketing and admissions tasks to support the operations manager and clinical leadership, while embodying and promoting the company's core values of Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, and Fun.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions for our busy clinics such as document management, keeping track of people + things, and internal + external communication with referral sources
• Give great support to inbound calls from both prospective + current clients/families
• Become a subject matter expert on autism in order to help others understand how we help our children + how we can help them
• Handle various marketing + admissions tasks to support the work of our operations manager and clinical leadership
• Embody our core values (Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, + Fun!) and be a cultural role model for your teammates
Requirements

• Experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
