 Behavior Analysis (ABA).
What You’ll Do
• Provide direct ABA services in one-to-one or small-group settings to preschool-aged children.
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior support plans.
• Record data accurately to track client progress.
• Support families through feedback and training.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment.
• Complete documentation and training requirements on time.
Qualifications
• Education: High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Experience: 6+ months working with children or individuals with autism preferred.
• Skills: Compassionate, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift, bend, run, or engage physically as needed during sessions
• Must pass CORI background check

Responsibilities

  • As a Behavior Therapist (ABA), you’ll work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to teach communication, social, and daily living skills through the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
