At Limitless ABA, we train RBTs to be confident, skilled, and effective. We take the time to coach and guide our team to provide high quality ABA therapy. Our play-based ABA approach makes learning fun, so you get to make a difference while playing with kids!

Responsibilities
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism ages 2–10
• Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills through individualized treatment plans
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans under BCBA guidance
• Actively engage in bending, lifting, crawling, and play-based interaction
• Create a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
• Collect accurate data on skill acquisition and behavior using a company-provided tablet
• Write clear daily session notes
• Prepare therapy materials and maintain organization of learning spaces
• Attend required trainings and team meetings
• Maintain a strong understanding of ABA principles

Qualifications
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent at minimum required
• Completion of RBT 40-hour training to obtain certification (reimbursement provided)
• Active CPR/First Aid certification required (reimbursement provided)
• Comfortable working closely with young children with autism
• Passionate about teaching children and making a meaningful difference
• Strong communication and reading skills
• Reliable attendance
