Job Description
in person supervision from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism in a primarily center-based settings with occasional home-based services as needed.
• Teach important life skills like communication, play, self-help, and social skills using proven Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) methods.
• Work closely with an onsite BCBA who will provide hands-on training, guidance, and real-time support during your sessions
• Collect data and document sessions accurately.
• Manage challenging behaviors with patience and professionalism.
• Participate in light cleaning and support children in daily routines (e.g., dressing, toileting, brushing teeth).
• *Please Note: This position requires working with a range of children who may exhibit challenging behaviors.
Flexible schedule: Shifts vary Monday - Friday (No weekends!) from 8:15am- 12:15pm; 12:45pm - 4:45pm. (Evening shifts 4:45pm - 7:15pm available during the school year)
Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Education: High school diploma
• Transportation: Must have reliable source of transportation and be willing and able to travel between different sites. We offer Mileage Reimbursements.
• Valid driver's license and proof of Auto insurance required)
• Preferred experience: Experience with autism and related disorders, experience working with children ages 0-16, and/or Registered Behavior Technician Certification
• Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 40 lbs; sit in a child size chair or on the floor and quickly switch from sitting to standing; walk, jog, or run quickly
