Job Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat a wide range of adult urologic conditions in both inpatient and outpatient settings

Perform procedures such as cystoscopies, ultrasound-guided prostate biopsies, testosterone pellets, and urodynamics

Provide surgical treatments including da Vinci-assisted prostatectomy and partial nephrectomy, ESWL, reconstruction, and vasectomy reversal

Participate in a 1:6 weekend call rotation

Collaborate with APPs and hospitalists for coordinated patient care

Engage with residents and medical students from affiliated residency and medical school programs
Qualifications: MD or DO from an accredited medical school

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology

Eligible for medical licensure in Alabama

Fellowship training welcome but not required

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Working Hours: Full-time hospital-employed position

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

1:6 weekend call rotation

Practice at a single location—no travel required

On-campus clinic and hospital for efficient rounding
Skills: Proficiency in advanced urologic diagnostics and surgical procedures

Experience with robotic-assisted surgeries (da Vinci) preferred

Collaborative mindset with a patient-first approach

Comfort working in a high-volume, team-based setting

Willingness to contribute to teaching and mentoring

Qualifications

  • Qualifications: MD or DO from an accredited medical school
