Job Overview
Action Behavior Centers hires caring professionals to help children with autism build communication, social, and independent skills. The role requires working one‑on‑one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play‑based ABA therapy.
Schedule & Location
• Full‑time, Monday‑Friday 8:00 am‑5:00 pm (no nights)
• Optional Saturdays based on patient needs
• Locations: 125 E Grubb Dr, Mesquite, TX 75149 and 355 Rodeo Center Blvd Suite 100, Mesquite, TX 75149
• Immediate openings available
Responsibilities
• Follow personalized treatment plans and collect session data
• Use play, movement, reading, games, and hands‑on activities to teach children
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment
• Collaborate with a supportive team focused on helping kids grow and succeed
Requirements
• At least 18 years old
• Bachelor’s degree (master’s preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maintain an active pace with young children
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Team mindset; may support a nearby clinic if needed
