Job Description

Services are provided within local schools, (Pre-K to 12th grade) and in client's homes and the community throughout Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley, and Santa Clarita, as well as in our Tarzana or Valencia clinics.
Duties:
• Supervise behavior technicians/registered behavior technicians
• Develop/modify behavior treatment plans and skill acquisition plans under the supervision of a behavior analyst
• Analyze data
• Train behavior technicians/RBTs in vivo
• Conduct IOA’s, and procedure fidelity checks
• Trouble shoot client progress
• Provide parent training
• Attend team meetings
• Collaborate with team members
• Complete accurate and timely therapeutic treatment notes
• Quality assurance
• Strictly follow and enforce BACB guidelines
Minimum Requirements:
• Master’s degree in behavior analysis or related field
• QASP credential preferred (will train to sit for exam if needed)
• 1-2 years related experience working with children with special needs
• Background check
• Must have a reliable car, proof of auto insurance and a valid driver's license
• Proof of immunization records and TB required
• Desirable candidates must have a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work well as part of a team, strong written and verbal communication skills. Multilingual is a plus.
• Previous supervision experience a plus.
